1.1 Personally Identifiable Information (PII). PII is specific information that can be used to identify, locate or contact you. Such PII may include, but not limited to your name, address, email address, phone, fax, and other contact information, and credit card number. The amount and type of information that we gather may vary depending on the nature of your interaction with the Services.
1.2 Non-Personally Identifiable Information (NPII). NPII is anonymous information other than PII, including aggregate information derived from PII. NPII is what we record in our server logs typically made available by your web browser when you use or access the Services. Such information includes browser type, date/time of visit, IP address, computer information, operating system, referrer addresses, and other generally-accepted log information. Additional information include page views and other general statistical and tracking information.
2.1 Unless you voluntarily provide PII to us or via our ad units created by our customers, for instance via optional form, email and survey, or insofar as we find it necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of interaction, we do not ask you nor do we collect such information from you. If you have supplied your email address to us, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or update you of our development and products. We expect to keep such email to a minimum.
2.2 We may retain and use the PII or NPII, or together, as aggregated form (no individual records), to create derivative works derived from your access and use of the Services for business purposes such as sales, marketing, product innovation, support and operation improvement. From time to time, we may share aggregated and non-specific information with our marketing partners, advertising customers as well as other unaffiliated reputable third parties for analysis, reporting and accounting purposes. In our ad products, such information may be used to help us or our advertisers understand what is appealing to the readers/visitors, and the usage habits or characteristics of the interested audience. The goal is create a relevant and targeted experience for you. The information may also be used to advise and help our investors and potential investors to understand the Services and its efficacy.
2.3 We disclose potentially PII only to our employees, trusted contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide the Services, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, trusted contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the Services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. We will not rent or sell PII to anyone. In the event of a sale of all or most of our assets, such PII and NPII as part of our assets, may be transferred to the purchaser.
2.5 Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may be compelled to disclose such PII as required by applicable law or by proper legal or governmental authority. We will attempt to notify you via email or via our website of any such legal or governmental demand. We also may disclose your information when we have reason to believe that someone is or may be causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, or anyone who could be harmed by such activities.
3.1 A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns.
3.2 We use browser cookie to help identify and track you or others who use your computer, as a repeat visitor to record session information, access and usage preferences and pattern for the Services. Our ad products use browser cookie for counting user, rotation of content, among other things, essentially to deliver targeted advertisements that we believe will be of most interest to you. Our cookies do not track you outside of our ad produtcs.

Remember that opting out is browser-specific. So, if you have multiple browsers or multiple devices you use to access the internet, you’ll need to opt out from each device or browser.
4.2. Mobile opt-out
5.1 As required by applicable law, including the U.S.-E.U. Privacy Shield Framework, upon request we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information. You may request this information by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are our partner or customer and your information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend or remove information by contacting us at email@example.com. We will respond to these requests within a reasonable timeframe. If you use our Self-Serve Platform, you may access and update your information by logging into your account.
5.2 Our use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the marketing or analytics services for which our Partner has engaged Knorex. Knorex collects and processes information under the direction of its Partners, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Partners and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Partners that use our service, please contact the Partner that you interact with directly.
No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be secure. While we have implemented reasonable and appropriate measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, and to protect and secure your personal information, we cannot guarantee the accidental or unlawful loss, access, use, alteration or disclosure. Notwithstanding that, You shall also take precautionary and adopt industry best practices in preventing any such breach. To the extent permitted by law, we hereby disclaim any liability related to a security breach or loss of your information.
